Always Do What is Best For You

This is just a little reminder for everyone to always remember to do what is best for you, your mind, and your body.
There will always be people offering you advice.
There will always be people telling you what you should do.
There will always be people who have an opinion and judge your decisions.
But what matters is what you want for yourself, and not what others want you to want.
People might try to persuade you that they’ve found the latest cure, others will tell you western medicine is bad, and some will tell you to trust in herbs and crystals.
I’ve learnt after all these years that for every medication that is prescribed, every dietary supplement, and every alternative treatment (both Western and Eastern), there will always be people who say it worked, people who say it didn’t make a difference, and people who say it made them worse.
That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try different things and experiment, even if the treatment seems a little strange or weird, but it certainly does mean you should only do something if it feels right for you and not to please the person who is pressuring you.
Do your own research, talk to loved ones and people you trust online, and always always listen to your gut.
Don’t ever feel bad if you don’t want to try something despite the fact someone is telling you how much it has helped them.
There will also be many times when you don’t feel ready mentally to try new things as the disappointment you feel when yet another treatment doesn’t work out can be emotionally draining.
It is your choice what you do.
Don’t let people convince you otherwise.
And just remember to always do what is best for YOU 🌈💗
